Very Important Included with this kit! For treatment in between wraps and to keep those inches off: Dry skin brush all over complete body, concentrating on the cellulite areas. Do not use the brush wet as it will cause your skin to sag. Take a shower to get the pores open, do not use soap as that will clog the pores of the skin. After toweling off apply the Miracle Gel massaging into the cellulite areas. Miracle Gel contains aloe vera and seaweeds that have been found to help rid your body of cellulite! Wear the vinyl suit that comes in your kit for at least one hour. The heat created from the suit will keep the pores of the skin open so the gel can help dissipate the cellulite! Wear suit while walking or exercising or while doing housework!
